Terms of Service

By subscribing to or using 4KIPTV.irish, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

4KIPTV.irish provides access to an IPTV playlist (live channels and video-on-demand content) for use with third-party player applications such as IPTV Smarters Pro. We are a playlist/access provider — we do not develop or control the player apps used to view content.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for installing and configuring your own player app or device using the setup guides we provide.
You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection suitable for streaming (minimum 10 Mbps for FHD, 25 Mbps recommended for 4K UHD).
You are responsible for complying with your local laws regarding the use of streaming services.

3. Subscription Plans

Plans are billed for a fixed term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) with no automatic renewal or long-term contract. Pricing and features are as displayed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.

4. Service Availability

While we maintain anti-freeze server infrastructure targeting 99.9% uptime, occasional interruptions may occur due to factors outside our control, including ISP restrictions, internet outages, or third-party content provider issues.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with 4KIPTV.irish. This policy explains when refunds are available.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the service is not working as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after a genuine troubleshooting attempt.

2. What's Not Covered

Customers are responsible for installing and activating the player app on their own device — we are an IPTV playlist provider, not the app developer, and cannot issue refunds for user-side installation issues once correct setup instructions have been provided.
No refund is issued if buffering or access issues are caused by the customer's internet connection or an ISP blocking streaming traffic. In this case, the customer is responsible for setting up their own VPN to restore access.
Free trials are not eligible for a refund, as no payment is taken.
Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase, or for reasons unrelated to service functionality, are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellations

All plans are fixed-term with no auto-renewal, so no cancellation action is required — your subscription simply ends at the end of the paid term.
