Common issues and quick fixes before you contact support.

Buffering or freezing

Check your internet speed — 25+ Mbps is recommended for 4K. Try switching to a wired connection or restarting your router.

App won't load channels

Force-close and reopen the app, or delete and re-add your user/playlist using the credentials we sent on WhatsApp.

Black screen on a channel

Try a different channel or server option in the app if available — occasional single-channel issues resolve within minutes.

MAC address changed on Smart TV

If you reset your TV or app, your MAC address may change — message us the new one on WhatsApp to relink your playlist.
